How to make a return

Please note: We do not accept returns on assembled custom completes.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 60 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. $7 per returned package will be deducted from your return credit/refund.

Once you’re ready to start your return
Return your product in original packaging with a copy of your invoice with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.

Exchanges –
We don’t currently accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order, and returning the unwanted item within the 30 day window.

What if I received the wrong item?

What if my item arrived damaged?
If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please call or email our team for assistance.

When will I get my refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in Fullerton CA. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Your card will be credited within 3-5 days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
